The Boot is a great late-night hotspot right near Tulane's campus. It is definitely a bare-bones, hole-in-the-wall type of bar. But that yields cheap drinks and a young crowd. The attached pizza stand serves some of the best pizza I've ever had, but you better be ready to stand in line.
